Tyco International (NYSE: TYC) announced today that its ADT North
America Commercial Security business unit, the industry’s leading
security systems integrator, is changing its name to Tyco Integrated
Security. The new name will be phased into use over the coming months.

Commercial Security to Tyco Integrated Security, is representative of
